Nebulizers and Covid-19

Updated: Feb 13

What if you needed one and didn't have one?

So.. What's a nebulizer? you ask...

Put simply. Its vapor therapy.

A nebulizer is a device that blows oxygen, through a solution of medication. It “nebulizes” the solution for inhalation. It is like breathing in a cool ultrasonic mist.

I actually used to sell this item on my arealcreationshop.com. Facebook banned me from selling it; and my entire store was demonitized!

A nebulizer can provide relief for coughing from allergies, asthma, sinusitis, smoke exposure, cold or flu, croup, lung irritation, COPD, acid reflux, pneumonia, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, lung disease, and yes! Covid-19. (source

Even if you don't need one now, its great to have for an emergency!

Also, its not just for sickness. A nebulizer helps clean your nasal cavities and airways to improve and comfort your vocal cords. Have a business meeting or public speech? Do you sing or are you a voice actor?

 How to use:

Start off with adding some saline solution aka saltwater (NaCl).Then you can add a few drops of treatment. (There are many things you can use.)Or your medication may already be premixed with a saline solution, then you just add that to the nebulizer. This nebulizer can use all kinds of liquid medications and solutions. Make sure to research what will help you specifically.

Also, make sure to clean your nebulizer regularly and don't use the same nebulizer as someone who is sick!

Search online for treatments and solutions, and to get a better understanding of what you can use in it. You can utilize sources such as .gov or .org sites for basic information. There are some great alternative sources and website out there as well. Some information conflicts with other sources...

Some Great books I recommend on this topic:

Here is some great info:

*****I am not your doctor, and I am not intending to give you medical advice. Only the best information and educational material I could find and what has helped me personally over the last 4 years. Ultimately, it is your health and your choice as to what you want to use your nebulizer for.*****

 Good health to you!
